Location:

Highams Hill Farm, Sheepbarn Lane, Warlingham, Surrey, CR6 9PQ.

The farm is the perfect site for the next few years, allowing us introduce camping and make an even better festival for you. It is ideally located, only 3.5 miles from the suburban back garden where we started, but with a lovely country vibe.

Facilities:

All the essentials for a good day are available on site. These include toilets, reasonably priced food and drink, cash machines and first aid should you come a cropper!

Camping:

We have camping for the first time ever, and we are so excited about it. It's are a real festival now! There are a limited amount of camping tickets so make sure you get in quick if you want one. You need to bring you're own tent but cant bring your own soundsystem. There will be a nice big communal fire to end the evening, marshmellows n' all.

The campsite will open at 9:00 on the Saturday and close at 15:00 on the Sunday.

Minimum Age Restrictions:

Campers - 16 years old, unless accompanied by a family member over the age of 21 at all times.

Event - 14 years old, unless accompanied by a family member over the age of 21.

Families:

LeeFest welcomes families with open arms. Children aged 10 and under get in free when with a family! There is plenty of entertainment onsite during the day for children of all ages so please join us.

Disabled Access:

Disabled access to the site is available; there are also disabled toilets on site. If you have any special requirements, or think you may need assistance, then please get in touch prior to the event using our contact page and we can make sure that all the arrangements are made for you to have an amazing festival.

Terms and Conditions:

We hate rules, we really, really do but unfortunately we don't have a choice with some things. We have imposed the minimum possible.

    Refunds - No refunds will be given except in the extraordinary circumstance that the event is cancelled.

    Rules of Entry - Management reserve the right to refuse entry. All patrons will be searched upon entry. Entry will automatically be refused if the patron is drunk, under the influence of drugs or found to be carrying contraband items.

    Contraband Items - Illegal drugs and other illegal substances. Anything deemed to be a harmful weapon.

    Alcohol - Alcohol may not be brought into the arena. It will be confiscated if found during the search process. Alcohol may be purchased on site by those over the age of 18. Identification may be asked for at both the door and any point of sale of alcohol as proof of age.

    Identification - only UK Driving Licences, Passports and PASS Verified identification will be accepted as proof of age.

    Age Restrictions - Children aged 10 and under get in to the event and camping free of charge but must be accompanied by a family member over the age of 21 at all times. Children aged 11-14 need to be accompanied by somebody over the age of 21. People aged 14 - 60 can look after themselves and each other. Those over 60 will get in free. Identification for proof of age may be asked for regarding any concessions and the management reserve the right to refuse concession discounts.
